New hires boost Oasis Senior Advisors corporate team
Six new members of the Oasis Senior Advisors corporate team bring new energy
and decades of experience to the Bonita Springs-based franchisor. The
additions further the commitment Oasis has made to sustained nationwide
expansion that led to its selection as one of GrowFL’s Florida Companies to Watch.
“Our new team members fortify the support we give our franchisees,
empowering them to provide no-cost assistance to seniors and their families,”
Oasis Senior Advisors CEO Tim Evankovich said. “Personalized, compassionate
service is a hallmark of everything we do, and these skilled professionals
take that to heart.”
John Benbrook is the new senior vice president for Oasis Senior Advisors,
having previously served as president of an Oasis Senior Advisors franchise
in suburban Philadelphia. He’s used his 30 years of experience with
technology, marketing and the professional services business to build
a successful track record of driving teams and companies to higher growth
and greater profitability.
Benbrook worked for Hewlett Packard and later served as CEO and board member
at MMG, an Omnicom Company, where he transformed the business from a U.S.-centric
health communications company into a leading global patient recruitment
enterprise. He earned a bachelor’s in business administration from
Upsala College.
New Vice President of Development Mark Zahringer comes to Oasis Senior
Advisors with a strong track record of results as an executive at Xerox,
Unbridled Connect and Orbis Education, among other startups and Fortune
500 companies. Zahringer most recently served as the director of business
development for Wellbiz brands, managing new development, resales and
marketing for the Elements Massage and Fitness Together franchises.
Each business saw significant revenue increases and rapid profitability
growth with Zahringer on board, along with improved efficiency, customer
engagement and client satisfaction. Zahringer graduated summa cum laude
from Lynn University in Boca Raton and is working toward his master’s
degree in chaplaincy.
Diane Sullivan brings 30 years of sales and marketing experience to her
role as Oasis Senior Advisors operations administrator. She has worked
for the past decade in the health care industry, performing business development
for National Healthcare Corp.’s skilled nursing facilities and working
for some of the largest assisted living companies in the U.S.
Lauren Johnson begins as sales manager for Oasis Senior Advisors with a
stellar record of professional successes and accomplishments over nearly
two decades of franchise and small business management. Her most recent
franchise experience focused on executive sales development with leading
U.S. franchisors. Like Zahringer, she’s a Lynn University alum,
with a Bachelor of Professional Studies in business administration and
business management.
New Project Manager CC Childree spent 20 years as an engineer and project
manager in the defense industry working on programs that supported the
U.S. military. She’s been with Lockheed Martin and Honeywell Aerospace,
among other noteworthy companies, since graduating from the University
of New Hampshire with a mechanical engineering degree and a Master of
Business Administration.
Laxmi Sankepally brings experience working in the finance, energy and education
domains to her new position as Oasis Senior Advisors junior developer/analyst.
She has a master’s degree from Texas A&M-Kingsville and has
developed strong programming and database fundamentals.
“The right person in the right job means everything, just like finding
the right place is so important for seniors and their families,”
Evankovich said. “We take it all seriously, with a commitment not
just to doing the job, but doing it right, every step of the way.”
