We take pride in the personal, compassionate service we provide to seniors and their families. Meet our Oasis team, your trusted partner for senior living and resources.
Thank you for your interest in Oasis Senior Advisors Central Ohio.
I was born and raised a Buckeye in Central Ohio. My wife and I chose to raise our family here because we love the people, the opportunities, the seasons, and having access to some of the best healthcare around.
I spent 25 years in the financial industry helping people realize their dreams and offering assistance and guidance when times were difficult. Today, I continue to assist people by working with seniors and families – face-to-face – to identify their needs and match them with their ideal assisted living community. I have experienced firsthand the stress that health issues can place on a family. Empowering clients to maintain their dignity and quality of life is a privilege, an honor, and a responsibility that I take very seriously.
If you or a loved one are in need of guidance or insight to determine the best quality of life options, my mission is to be there – by your side – acting as guide and resource during your transition.
I believe that seniors deserve to be treated with the utmost respect and dignity and held in reverence for all they have accomplished for younger generations. I have dedicated my professional life to seniors by being a senior advocate. These planning activities/events added purpose to seniors’ lives, previously serving as Executive Director of an Assisted Living Community, and now as a Community Outreach Liaison for Oasis Senior Advisors. My mission is to provide guidance and support to seniors and their families as seniors undergo the often confusing and frightening transition from living independently. I am committed to bringing honor to seniors by helping them continue living their lives with grace.
I have dedicated my entire career to working with seniors, and my major at Bowling Green State University was in Gerontology. Because my family was inter-generational with great-grandparent living with grandparents, I learned at early age respect for seniors and the accomplishments and knowledge that could be shared through their experiences. As a previous Executive Director of several Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities, it was my greatest pleasure to help seniors find their fullest potential and live with dignity and respect regardless of their disability, in the senior living community. With Oasis Senior Advisors, I feel I can provide families with an unbiased view of the many communities and services and help provide the best case options. It is with this guidance and support I feel I can help make the maze of healthcare easier to understand and decisions for care and services less confusing.
I'm a mother. I'm a daughter. That makes me the bologna in the middle of the sandwich, smashed between taking care of aging parents, and responsibilities like children, a husband, a job, or God forbid - myself! After years of juggling it all, and some devastating losses, I found my purpose. I took what I had learned into a career of working with seniors and their families. All of the answers, resources, and options I had struggled to find could now be shared with others in the same sandwich. I feel privileged to have shared in the lives of hundreds of families navigating the life changes of aging parents. I've witnessed the lessons learned from teachers old enough to see the big picture. I've learned the tools that work, the wisdom our elders can impart, and some tricks to survive the process. I want to help others in the same situations I found myself and make their journey a little easier.

Seniors and their families need an advocate through what is going to be one of the most difficult and emotional times of their life. Navigating through the many options of senior living and care is no easy task. It is very overwhelming and for most consumers this is their first time through this process. Knowing the right questions to ask and what to look for, or even where to begin is daunting. As a Senior Advisor, we provide education, emotional support, and guidance through what seems like a never-ending maze of options. I have built my career around helping people, and I am blessed that this is the path it led me to, it is a true calling and an honor to serve the senior population. I began my venture into senior living as an early teenager volunteering at local nursing homes, refilling their cups with water and ice, getting them coffee, sitting, and just talking with them, especially to those that never received visitors. I will never forget those moments or the people I connected with throughout those early years, and I know it shaped me into where and what I am today. I have been a senior advocate and advisor for many years working in several Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, as well as skilled and long-term care facilities throughout the Central Ohio area. After connecting with clients, they have the knowledge and a confidence about their next steps, they feel empowered they will make the right decision. My commitment is to make this emotional and overwhelming transition as smooth as I possibly can for the people who get connected with me.
I was born and raised in the Buckeye state and of course that makes me a big OH-IO fan! Three years ago I married my best friend and together he and I have six adult children.
I started volunteering at an assisted living and memory care facility where I had the privilege to create special routines and memories with seniors. I immediately knew this was the line of work that I needed to dedicate my life to. I heard so many lovely stories about their endeavors throughout life, children and careers. I have been blessed with the opportunity to spend several years forming relationships and learning from so many incredible seniors and their families. I have worked in multiple facilities, have worn many different hats and have learned so much. I have a passion to support seniors and their families through a transition that can be overwhelming and difficult. Seniors deserve to receive the utmost respect and I believe this is achieved through receiving the best care available every day.
I have more than 10 years’ experience in senior living sales with various Central Ohio communities and also has an extensive background in marketing and public relations.
Being a resource for families and seniors as they move through the decision-making process of choosing the best fit for a person’s individual needs and lifestyle wishes is my passion.
To me, there is nothing more fulfilling than a resident saying, “This move was the best decision,” after relocating to a community and seeing all the rewarding aspects of senior living.
I live in Dublin and enjoy time with my family, friends and two crazy French Bulldogs – Hank and Gary.
Being in Healthcare for the last 14 years is one of the most rewarding things I've done. There's just something special about helping people when there's a tough life decision involved. I love the fact that I've helped seniors in one of the most difficult and critical times in their lives.
I strongly feel it's my calling to help people; life is hard in so many ways. When you can look back at your day knowing you were a positive influence on someone's life, it truly makes everything worth it. It’s incredibly rewarding to work with seniors and hear the amazing stories they have to share.

“Pat Williams is absolutely amazing. What A tough journey our family has had with our fathers Alzheimer’s diagnosis. The compassion, consideration, advice, and time that she spent with us was invaluable. We needed to make sure that we knew all the options available to our dad and she made sure we felt comfortable with that. She was right there with us through all of the smiles but more importantly through all of the tears. I can't say enough about what a difference having her walk this journey with us made. We will forever be indebted to her.”

“I have had the great experience of working with Pat Williams of Oasis here in Columbus. I love the personal care and kindness she emulates. She referred me to the Oasis Advisor in Omaha who was wonderful to work with in regards to placing my mom into senior living. Jenny, in Omaha, was a fountain of information, compassionate and so very helpful! I am enthusiastic about Oasis since working with this company. I do not have enough good things to say!”

“Cindy Paige was extremely helpful in my search for a long term care facility for my Mother who suffers from end stage lung disease. I was totally over whelmed with the search when I was given Cindy’s name and number. I felt that someone was finally there to help me find a place where my Mother would get the care she needed. Mom is very happy with her new environment and is getting very good care. Though I didn’t physically meet with Cindy, she was very knowledgeable about the choices I had. She put my mind at ease in knowing that the facility Mom is in was and is the best choice for her. I would not hesitate to pass on the Oasis information to anyone in need of their services. Thank you so much Cindy”
