Maggie and I have lived a wonderful life in the Dallas area for more than 40 years. My first career was in the technology industry launching new business units or new companies. Maggie has worked in the event rental industry.
We have raised our 3 children and enjoy the benefits of living near our grandchildren as well as my parents.
We have experienced and understand the emotional struggles families face when it's time to help their loved ones decide "what comes next". Our passion resides in guiding seniors and their families in finding a new home which best accommodates their emotional, physical and financial needs.

Maldini Mburu recently moved to the United States. His desire to move to the United States was for the betterment of himself while assisting others. Maldini has grandparents who he has cared for. His grandfather recently moved to Dallas & Maldini is there to assist him in whatever he needs.
Maldini’s decision to move to Dallas was difficult & filled with adversity. His experience has taught him to look at any difficult situation as an opportunity to help others. His adversity has taught him to excel. He is completing his Chemical Engineering degree.
As a hobby, Maldini is learning to become a pilot. He enjoys being in the sky & always asks himself “what more could I be doing to be of assistance to others”.
Christian Pulguiese is a certified nurse’s assistant. She is a mother of four amazing children & has a passion for music & fashion. She owns her clothing store & sings Latin music. Christian’s primary driver in life has always been “how can I help?”. Equally as important to her is the desire to ensure to make a positive impact with the person she was helping! Being a person faith, Christian’s goal is to educate & help the Latin community understand senior living options.
Having her certified nurse’s assistant experience has taught her many life lessons. Recently Christian experienced one of the most difficult challenges with a patient. With patience, kindness & compassion she was able to build a trusting relationship with this patient. She became their primary care giver.
Being a first-generation immigrant Christian is always seeking to learn so that she can decide on the different options to help individuals with their struggles. Having elderly grandparents has also driven her to not just learn, better yet exceed someone’s expectations.
