"I worked with Lynn Paxson to place my 89-year-old dad in a nursing home after he was no longer eligible for admission to my mother's assisted living facility. I can't recommend Lynn highly enough. I couldn't have succeeded without her. I live several states away from my parents' home in Delaware. In our first call, Lynn shared the bad news: that Delaware's nursing homes are basically full and that getting a placement is hard. But then we got to work. She was always available for consultation via voice, text, or email. From home, I assembled a short list of nursing homes that I would visit and fine-tuned the pitch I would use to convince admission directors to admit my dad. During my in-person tours, I learned that the decision-makers know and respect Lynn. That personal connection made my visits much less stressful and even fun. Lynn is good at what she does because she's personable, honest, hard-working, and a problem solver. But she also knows a lot about the business angle of nursing homes,. She once steered me away from a facility that has a high Medicare rating and an attractive Web presence but is close to bankruptcy. I was grateful for that advice."

"We had a "Perfect Storm" of health challenges that came upon our family in a matter of days. Our Parents, coming from a generation of strong independence, were determined to figure out a way to take care of things on their own. They attempted to hide what was really happening and not bother anyone. As a result, we became aware of the issues that were well past the point of being serious.
