Hi my name is Laura Gilbeau and I moved from Alaska to Roseville California in 1987. This is where my husband (of 29
years) and I raised our family. My professional career was in the bio tech industry. My husband and I are also
entrepreneurs in two local business. These experiences and my life long “helping” nature has let me to become an
Oasis Senior Advisor.
I understand how difficult it is to navigate the process of finding a community that is both the right personality fit and
meets the needs of your loved one (mental, physical & financial). By filling out a web sites questionnaire hoping for
help, but instead, having your personal contact information shared, and being inundated with calls that only made
the stressful and difficult process even worse.
At Oasis we offer local, attentive, in person, expert service. I provide personal guidance to our clients and their
families by listening and truly understanding their needs. Then I will provide living options that meet those specific
needs. Everyone deserves real support during this life transition; I feel blessed to be that resource.

Hi, my name is Samantha, and I was born and raised in Roseville California. From childhood, I have been driven to help those in my community. I thought the best way I could do that, was by becoming a teacher. But life took its turns, and after college I took a position at a dental insurance company, where I had the opportunity to learn many components of the larger healthcare system. I assisted folks in navigating through the insurance system.
This experience enabled me to see a demographic of underserved people and I quickly became a vigilant advocate for the older adults I served. I can now say that my life passion is not for being a teacher, but rather for being an educator and an advocate. One area in need of support and advocacy is navigating the Senior Living options.
