“When we needed prompt advice on our mother’s rehabilitation and long-term care options, Paul and Susan Doyle were very responsive and extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable and offered a number of creative suggestions. They also showed genuine compassion for our mother’s situation. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing advice on rehabilitation, assisted living, or long-term care for an aging family member.”

“There are basically three reasons why I found working with Sue and Paul Doyle a most helpful experience. The first is their knowledge of the facilities they showed me. Without indicating any personal preference, they allowed me to question and discover what I needed to know (procedures, offerings and life in general) from the staff themselves. In addition, they had spent much time interviewing me so that a suitable match could be made. The second reason is that they possessed other information which I needed (and of which I was unaware), such as how to go about moving and whom I should have empty my house. I was especially grateful for them having spent so much time researching my long term care policy to help with the expenses I would need. At the time, I was unable to do many of these things myself due to ill health. The third and possibly most important reason was their warm and friendly attitude throughout. They called several times to ask how I was doing, following the schedule of visits as agreed upon. They understood my physical difficulties and helped me handle them. We actually became good friends. For these reasons, it is my pleasure to have worked with Sue and Paul and appreciate them and thank them.”
