"There are basically three reasons why I found working with Sue and Paul Doyle a most helpful experience. The first is their knowledge of the facilities they showed me. Without indicating any personal preference, they allowed me to question and discover what I needed to know (procedures, offerings and life in general) from the staff themselves. In addition, they had spent much time interviewing me so that a suitable match could be made. The second reason is that they possessed other information which I needed (and of which I was unaware), such as how to go about moving and whom I should have empty my house. I was especially grateful for them having spent so much time researching my long term care policy to help with the expenses I would need.
