Johanna Swanson

I was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and reside in Baltimore County with my husband, two children and our dog. I have always loved the Baltimore County area. From the small community feeling, the beautiful change of seasons, and our property in the country that’s spacious yet close to everything we need, this is truly our home. We love watching our children compete in soccer and dance as well as cheering on the Ravens and Orioles. Our free time is spent entertaining family and friends as often as possible.

I have been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. I have a strong passion for connecting with people and understanding their needs comes naturally to me. I enjoy educating and helping individuals so they can make decisions best suited for their lifestyle and healthcare needs. Oasis is the perfect fit for me so I can continue to focus on helping families make hard life decisions for their loved ones. I treat every client I serve with the same compassion and loyalty as if they were my own family member.

Megan Ebert

I am a lifelong resident of Maryland with close family ties to Baltimore County. My husband and I are raising our two young daughters here and stay close to our extended family. We enjoy ample time with the grandparents, visits to the local parks and farms, and trips to the nearby beaches and mountains. I enjoy staying active with my daughters’ school, volunteering, and fundraising. When I am not keeping busy with our family, I enjoy baking, yoga, and gardening… although it is nearly always a family affair.

I am a graduate of the University of Maryland (Go Terps!) and have worked in the healthcare industry for nearly a decade. I was drawn to this industry because of the unique opportunity to develop relationships with people, while listening to their needs, and using my experience to offer education and guidance. Given the complexities of senior living communities, Oasis offers me the opportunity to bring families clarity and comfort when making major life decisions. It brings me great joy to act as an advocate and partner for families and their loved ones.

My goal is to create a relationship of trust and transparency - offering sound advice and helping each client navigate the journey to find a place to call home.
