Carey Fitzgerald

Carey Fitzgerald, MHA is very excited to join the Oasis Senior Advisor Team of Maine & New Hampshire as a Senior Living Advisor. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge having worked in the Seacoast of NH/ME healthcare industry since 2009. Most recently, for the last 6 years, Carey worked as a home health liaison. In her previous role, she collaborated with local primary care providers, assisted livings, home care providers, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities to coordinate and bring New Hampshire and Maine residents medical home care services to, wherever they called home.

Since 2010, Carey has been the facilitator of Seacoast Senior/Healthcare Provider Networking Group, a volunteer role she still holds. She is also a volunteer member of the outreach committee for Seacoast Village Project, a Portsmouth, NH, a non-profit dedicated to helping neighbors age in place through a volunteer network of support. Carey holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Boston College, Boston, MA and Bachelor of Business Administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, R.I.

She herself was a 15-year primary caregiver for a family member with complex health issues and knows the struggles firsthand of caring for a loved one. Carey is always willing to chat with anyone struggling to understand the local resources for successful aging.

She encourages you to call her with any questions related to spectrum of senior care from home care to assisted livings to long term care, etc. She has a resource list of over 300+ community members she leans on to help seniors age on their terms. If she does not know the answer, she knows who will.

As an Exeter, New Hampshire resident, when she is not working she and her husband, Nick, can be found walking in the Philips Exeter Academy Trails with their dog, Chloe, or enjoying just simply enjoying great outdoors of the Greater Seacoast.

Sarah Coletti

Sarah Coletti brings over 20 years of experience in community relations and business development. Most recently, Sarah served as a Sales Director for a senior focused rehabilitation and pharmacy company and as a Regional Community Relations Specialist for an assisted living/memory care organization. Sarah's passion for the last 7 years has been assisting families and seniors navigate senior care and senior living options, many with very complex medical and social needs.

Sarah received her B.A. in English from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Dementia Friends MA Champion and Dementia Live! Certified Trainer. For the past 6 years, she has facilitated an Alzheimer's Association sanctioned caregiver support group that serves caregivers across Southern New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine. Sarah also served on the Board and as Board President of the Plaistow Area Commerce Exchange (PACE) for 7 years.

Sarah has assisted hundreds of seniors and their families in making hard decisions over the years, but also, was a direct caregiver for her father for 9 years during his decline and eventual passing at the age of 61 from early onset Alzheimer's Disease. Sarah saw first hand the complexity, stress, and emotions that go into caregiving for the entire family. Because of this, Sarah is incredibly passionate about truly holistic outcomes for seniors and their families and assisting health care professionals see the best possible outcomes for their patients.

Sarah lives on the New Hampshire border in Haverhill, MA. She also has a summer home in Harpswell, Maine and spent 10 years living in Portland, Maine. Sarah is the proud mother of a 15 year old son and 9 year old daughter and her fur babies, Lucy, Billy and Wolfie. Sarah is also a proud young breast cancer survivor and is passionate about early breast cancer clinical trials and research. Sarah enjoys true crime podcasts, cooking, grilling and smoking meats, karaoke, volunteering with the Alzheimer's Association and her church.
