ABOUT YOUR ADVISORS IN North Metro Denver
Randy Bulow
Senior Living Advisor / Owner
It was a tough decision. But, after raising our five kids, my wife and I decided to move back where we had grown up to care for my aging mother, who has dementia.
After a career in the consumer and natural products industry, I wanted to give back to my mom and assess how her dementia of nearly ten years was affecting her. My siblings and I had hired quality in-home care for her five years earlier, but I wanted to re-connect and spend quality time. So, my wife and I moved in with her!
After spending a fantastic year with mom, we came to understand the challenges of aging and dementia in particular, very personally. We also came to understand her need for more medical oversight and social interaction. The search for finding the perfect place for my mother and her dog seemed daunting and intimidating.
It was then we discovered Oasis Senior Advisors. It proved to be precisely the knowledgeable, caring, and reassuring guidance that my siblings and we needed. My mother is now in the perfect place, and I'm delighted to offer that same personal, reassuring guidance for families in the North Metro Denver area.

When I was 8 years old, I would visit my great-grandmother in a nursing home, and I wondered how I could help make life more meaningful for everyone living there. I began dreaming up my own perfect elder care community. Practicality took over, though, and in college I pursued my other dream of teaching and graduated from the University of Nebraska in Elementary and Special Education.
I’ve taught all elementary grades, Special Education and Reading. During that time, I took a sabbatical from my kindergarten job to become the primary caregiver for Randy’s dear mom, who has dementia. As I worked to bring meaning and joy to her life, it occurred to me I was getting to dip my toe into that long-ago passion.
When my sabbatical was coming to an end, we found ourselves struggling to find the best community for Randy’s mom that would build into her life in a meaningful way the way we had endeavored for the past year. That search was a frustrating process to do on our own. Then we discovered Oasis Senior Advisors. With the help of our wonderful advisor, we found her the perfect fit, and we caught the vision for how we could help other families in our situation.
I knew what I was meant to do with this next phase of my life. Instead of helping families with the magical transition into formal education as a kindergarten teacher, I now get to bring relief and hope to families as they make this transition in this later stage of life. And very often, it’s magical. I’m so grateful I get to do this with Randy and Anna and our wonderful team.
In my free time, I love gardening, rescuing worms and weeding as well as spending time with our large family, including our sweet grandsons.

I was born and raised in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. I attended college at Northern Arizona University and obtained a degree in Elementary and Special Education. Since graduating, I have been a caregiver for a young woman with a disability, a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an Autism Consultant Company, and a yoga and barre instructor on the side. With every one of my jobs, I strived to use my role to help empower each and every person I worked with through encouragement, care, and continuous support.
As it came time for me to move on from my caregiving role, my dad, a current Oasis franchisee owner, encouraged me to join him with Oasis as a Senior Advisor, and I jumped at the offer! Through this job I have the privilege to continue to use my role to help empower our clients and their families every step of the way.

I was born in Flagstaff, AZ and had the privilege of growing up in Sedona, AZ (a magical place if you’ve never been). I graduated from ASU West Campus with my BA in Psychology and graduated from The University of Phoenix with my Masters in Community Counseling. I started my career working with children as a Child and Family Therapist in AZ.
My husband and I then decided to move to Denver, CO to enjoy the four seasons and escape from the grueling hot summers in AZ where I transitioned into working with seniors. I have worked the last decade in long term care and rehab as the Director of Social Services. I have three beautiful children of my own, and I prefer the Clinical Liaison role which allows for flexibility in my schedule and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients, their families, and our healthcare partners in the community.
As a young child I always wanted to advocate for people in need and I love that my job fulfills this innate desire every day! In my spare time I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, going to the lake, finding good bargains on Nextdoor and Facebook marketplace, singing in my car and finding any holiday related festivities.

I have always been close with my grandparents, at first geographically, and later by postcards and video calls. I went to the Colorado School of Mines for a degree in Environmental Engineering and worked as a contractor for 7 years in heavy construction. I traveled every week for work, and I would send each set of grandparents a postcard from every location. They all have very thick stacks of postcards now.
I love getting to help people just like them through my work with Oasis Senior Advisors. Throughout my career I found I loved working with data and systems. I’m overjoyed that I can now use to skills to help find the perfect fit for our clients and their families.
I lived in Cambodia for 5 years doing humanitarian engineering and I speak enough Khmer to get by and am learning Mandarin now. When away from my desk, you can often find me baking, curled up with a good book, or exploring the world with my husband and my dog.
