I was born and have lived most of my life right outside of Cleveland, Ohio. I attended the University of Michigan and got my undergraduate degree in 2019 and immediately began working in the healthcare field. Although I attended the school of “the team up north”, I made my way back to northeast Ohio because my love for the people and the communities I grew up with.
After having both first- and third-hand experiences of finding a loved senior the right senior community and with my prior experience in the healthcare field, I knew Oasis was the perfect fit. I take pride in being there for clients as I will always answer their calls and create a trustworthy relationship with them. My goal is to guide people in my community through what is usually a stressful transition and make all involved feel happy and assured.
I was born and raised in a small town near Cleveland, Ohio and started my new adventure in healthcare sales after completing undergrad at Ohio University. I have worked within the healthcare industry since 2015 and my greatest satisfaction has been servicing the needs of my clients. I take pride in building trustworthy relationships and will go above and beyond to ensure my customer service has exceeded all expectations. I have firsthand experience with knowing the importance of finding the right community and care for my grandparents and family members. My mission is to provide as much guidance as I possibly can to give my clients the reassurance that their loved ones are taken care of every step of the way.
After needing to navigate the senior living world for my own mother, and a few years later being part of helping my in-laws on their journey during a difficult time after an Alzheimer diagnoses. I was able to see navigating senior care is not for the faint of heart. The twists and turns encountered along the way can be difficult, confusing, emotional, and sometimes scary. So, when I was thinking of a launching into fulfilling work after my kids had left our home I felt called to help the senior population here in Cleveland. My 7 years with Oasis Senior Advisors have fulfilled that dream. I think of myself as an advocate and senior problem solver. I work daily to help seniors, and their families understand and navigate senior care community’s options. I spend time with all involved in the discovery process, learn about what needs are specific to my families. Taking all dynamics into consideration and find a community that is the right fit, or alternatives when a care community is not immediately needed. I help families to understanding how to fund care. I educate on types of care and care communities. I provide and set up tours and accompany families to communities who will best meet the needs and desires of my senior clients. I pride myself meeting my seniors and families where they are at and walk this journey with them until a resolution is found and the senior is safe and secure environment. I also provide educational talks to groups and senior centers. I surround myself with other senior professionals who I can call upon for help and advise for my clients. If I can’t find and answer I find someone who can.
I am a lifelong citizen of Bay Village, growing up in the community and choosing to raise my family here. I am wife, mother, and grandmother. I love spending time with my grandchildren, family, husband Rick and a sweet Chocolate Lab. Bailey. Love to vacation at the beach, sew and create quilts.
