We take pride in the personal, compassionate service we provide to seniors and their families. Meet our Oasis team, your trusted partner for senior living and resources.
Originally from eastern Colorado, I was raised in central Texas enjoying tennis, water sports, and music. This is where I learned the value of dependability and customer service, whether working alongside my dad in my family's local pharmacy, mowing neighbors' yards, or teaching youth tennis. Following completion of my degrees in Mechanical Engineering, the next 28 years were spent growing a career in the electronics manufacturing and after-market service industries.
Two personal goals have led me to serve the seniors and their families in the Northwest Houston area: to be closer to those in critical or urgent need, and to do so within my local community. The personalized approach through Oasis Senior Advisors allows me to achieve my goals by respectfully assisting families with the often-difficult process and decision of identifying the senior living community that best meets their loved one's needs.
Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, I am the oldest of 5 children and a mother of 6. I am creative at heart and enjoy seeing my creations bring smiles to those around me. Growing up in a full house, I learned how to lead with compassion at an early age and spent my teen years working in child care. Through my work with young children and their families, as well as in my own family, I learned the value of truly listening to each voice through a sea of noise. I pride myself on finding solutions that meet the needs of all involved and have found the ability to do so is always in the details.
After a 15 year successful career in marketing, where I using my creativity to help organizations clarify their brand identity, I decided I wanted to use my talents to be of service in my community. My goal is to assist others in finding their voice when they are in most need of an advocate. Through Oasis Senior Advisors, I am honored to help families find the senior living community that meets their needs in a way that ensures they and their loved one is clearly heard.
Husband, father, pastor, world traveler, sports lover and outdoor enthusiast are just a few words you could use to describe me. These roles have taught me much over the years, but they have especially taught me to love and appreciate people, to serve the needs of others, and to appreciate beauty in everything. From Japan to Alaska and then back here to Texas, I have had many great experiences, and I have loved serving and caring for people as a pastor for 25 years and counting.
For two years I’ve cared for my mom in our home, and recently finished the process of helping her find a wonderful assisted living community. With Oasis Senior Advisors, I will be able to help other families go through this same process. I am excited about the opportunity to love and serve the people in my community.
Growing up in suburban Houston, I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and International Business. After spending most of my career in operational, sales and marketing roles in the environmental industry, I discovered a love of travel, subsequently starting a travel agency specializing in curated travel experiences for seniors and the mobility-impaired. Most recently, my wife and I owned a senior home care agency for the past six years before selling the agency at the end of 2022.
My background of working with seniors has been supremely rewarding to me, particularly as I have had the privilege of helping lifelong friends with their own aging parents. I understand that there is no single answer to meeting the needs of every aging adult, and that it takes patience to understand their specific concerns. With Oasis Senior Advisors, we take the time to address the apprehensions of each family, then provide solutions that allow the family to feel comfortable knowing that their loved one’s new home will deliver the best care for their needs.
My love for seniors grew from the years I was raised in my grandmother’s skilled nursing facility in Missouri. From an early age I was a companion, helper, and caregiver to the diverse population my grandmother served. Every day was a new adventure and I always looked forward to what it might bring. Years later when I graduated from college, I opened a personal care home near Austin, Texas. Our home quickly grew to be House at Cedar Ridge, a small assisted living facility with Alzheimer’s certification. Many of our residents were those that needed the highest level of care, and who would benefit from a smaller care environment. After my time growing House at Cedar Ridge, I ventured into the homecare world to become an Administrator and Director of Client Care in Austin as well as a Branch Director for a homecare office in Houston. With over 20 years of experience in the senior living industry, I have always focused on customer service, quality assurance, and advocacy to ensure the best possible outcomes for seniors and their families as they face the aging process. I am excited to assist seniors and their loved ones navigate this journey to find what works best for them to live happily and safely while they receive the highest quality of care.
Raised in The Woodlands, Texas, I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a bachelor's in nursing and went on to work for 30 years in the Texas Medical Center. I am a proud mother of a teacher and even prouder CoCo, aka grandmother, and have 2 senior rescue dogs. I enjoy spending time with family, taking long motorcycle rides and have been known to compete in ballroom dancing. Blessed to be born with the love to care for people and their families, and fortunate to be able to use my experiences, life lessons and enthusiastic spirit to serve the people in my hometown community.
My why is very simple. I want to help serve my peers, friends and my community by guiding them through their difficult changes, and by helping them understand how to lovingly and respectfully meet their loved one's needs as changes occur. I am fortunate to be able to achieve this in my hometown. Having lost both parents by the age of 27, I don't get to help them, but I can help my community.

“It behooves us to write this review because not only is Troy Williams helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, what he does is needed. There are so many disabled people, mentally and physically, with few safe and liveable facilities with reputable and caring folks running them. You can count on Troy to lead the way.”
