Recipe: Artichoke Dip
Kick off any get together with this easy classic!
1 Can (13.75 oz.) artichokes, drained and quartered
1 C Grated Pecorino Romano cheese
1 C Mayonnaise
1/4 t. Garlic Powder
1/3 C Seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Fold together artichokes, cheese, mayonnaise and garlic powder in medium bowl until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place mixture in small casserole; top with even layer of bread crumbs.
- Bake 25-30 minutes on center rack - until bread crumbs are golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
Option: Add 5 ounces of shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese for extra rich and creamy flavor.
