Recipe: Angel Food Cake with Raspberry Sauce

- 1 store bought angel food cake
- 1 package (12 oz.) frozen raspberries, thawed
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
Combine thawed raspberries and sugar in a food processor or blender until smooth. Strain and discard seeds. Refrigerate sauce until ready to serve. Makes about 1 cup.
Spoon raspberry sauce in a puddle on a dessert plat. Place a piece of angel food cake on top. Drizzle sauce down cut side of cake. Add fresh raspberries and blueberries to garnish.
