Originally from Memphis, John graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1986 and immediately married his college sweetheart, Karen. Both of John’s sons graduated from Midlothian High School. Post-graduate, one pursued certification in vehicle body work and the other is now a journeyman electrician.
John has a very personal reason for becoming an Oasis Senior Advisors owner. His parents, who are still in Memphis, and he endured four separate presentations while searching for the right assisted living home. They went through the process alone without the guidance of an advisor. However, John’s brother-in-law used a senior placement service to help find the right place. His experience was exponentially more pleasant than what John went through. His family witnessed firsthand the invaluable benefits a senior advisor can bring to seniors and their loved ones while searching for the right senior living solution.
Oasis is a perfect fit for John. He wants to help guide the journey to senior living, which may be on the horizon. Being an Oasis owner allows John to help meet a tremendous need that is currently lacking in the community and to help maintain the dignity and quality of life that seniors deserve.
