"Oasis Senior Advisor is a wonderful organization. My husband and I found ourselves having to find the right care for our 95-year-old mom and 98-year-old dad when their living situation changed. We were overwhelmed with finding the right place for their personal needs and overwhelmed with the whole process of applying for Medicaid. We both work full-time jobs and had very little time to find assisted living homes. Josephine and Elizebeth talked us through the process, they found places for us to take Mom and Dad and even called assisted living places on our behalf so that we could then make an appointment and visit. They helped us navigate the extensive paperwork. They explained how to navigate the healthcare system so that we did not feel so lost in websites and paperwork. They were a ray of hope when my husband and I were at our wit's end trying to make sense of things. My dad ended up in the hospital with a broken Femur, and Beth assisted us in talking to the Caseworker at the rehab about Dad’s needs. If you are having to navigate Medicare and Medicaid for the 1st time with elderly parents, Oasis is a wonderful place to call for guidance. Especially with finding the right fit for assisted living for your loved ones. They are passionate about their work and take joy in helping families like ours find their way in dealing with elderly healthcare. This service is free! They do not charge. Their assistance is invaluable!!! We called the government website and received basic information, but they have limited time and results before you are transferred to another number that can’t always help. Josephine and Beth took time to hold our hand and explain things and research and provide information. Oasis Senior Care Advisors offer excellent free guidance in navigating the process of finding assisted living to meet your needs. My husband and I highly recommend them.
