Jennifer began her career in the medical supply industry in November of 2000, helping clients get the supplies they needed to improve their quality of life and meet their medical needs. She spent nearly 20 years with one national DME company that focused on urology, ostomy, diabetes, and mastectomy. She has gained such a unique and detailed knowledge into our complex medical industry with expertise on full revenue cycle management with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial plans.

Jennifer obtained her Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. She also holds a Certified fitter mastectomy (Cfm) license to help fit women in need of an external breast prosthesis afterlife challenges they’ve encountered with breast cancer. She has a wealth of knowledge about customer service, compassion and providing care for people with needs. She serves as an advocate for the patient to ensure they receive the care they need.

Helping his father, who suffered with Parkinson’s Disease for fifteen years, provided Todd with the passion and interest to help other seniors who are unable to care for themselves at home. Quite often, during times of stress for a family, he is able to compassionately assist in the transition from living at home to finding the right community that fits both physical and cognitive needs.
Todd began his career as a Chiropractic Physician in 1978. During his 20 years of practice, he was able to help Seniors maintain and improve their health. Since that time, he has worked in the senior financial and health insurance industries, both as a Career Sales Agent and most recently, the Sales Manager for a large senior health insurance carrier in Brevard and Indian River Counties in Florida.
Todd’s many years of assisting seniors and their families has brought him full circle to Oasis, where he can do what he really loves and continue to make a difference in people’s lives.
Arilea has over 3 years’ experience working as a Social Worker and Director of Social Services for a nursing home and rehabilitation facility on the Treasure Coast. Arilea understands the challenges families face when transitioning their loved ones to an assisted living community and joined the Oasis Team to provide education, guidance, and support to clients making this decision.
In addition to working in the Senior Health Care arena, Arilea has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University with a focus in geriatrics. Her compassion to help this population follows eight years of experience working as a Family Case Worker for the Head Start Program and as a Mental Health Therapist on the Treasure Coast.
Arilea resides in Port St Lucie with her husband and two sons. She enjoys singing, writing and spending quality time with her family. Arilea is an active member of her church, sings in the choir and looks for any opportunity to give back to the Community. Arilea runs a quarterly woman’s group focusing on empowering woman in the areas of domestic violence, relationships, careers, and parenting. After her grandmother struggled with Dementia, she wanted to make a difference in the lives of the elderly; one client at a time.
Susana relocated to Florida in 2003 from New Jersey, to look after her parents and seek new opportunities. She is a current resident of St. Lucie County, where she lives with her loving husband and son. She is an alumna of Barry University, where she earned her master’s degree in social work. Susana has been a member of the National Association of Social Workers since 2011.
Susana also has over 16 years of experience working with families during very difficult times. She has dedicated her professional career to serving with compassion. During the last seven years, she concentrated her practice in the area of geriatric care, beginning as a hospice social worker in the Treasure Coast area. Then, she worked as a long-term care coordinator for a large health insurance company working with families from Dade County to the Treasure Coast, and most recently served one of our area’s top-rated hospitals as a hospital case manager.
After learning about Oasis and the wonderful resource they are to the families she assists, Susana was eager to join the team. As an Oasis Senior Advisor, she is happy to be able to offer hope and solutions to families feeling overwhelmed and under pressure. She looks forward to helping to improve their quality of life by providing in-depth information, support and resources; most importantly, guiding individuals and families in making the best possible long-term senior housing decision.
