I began my career in early 1979 when I went to work for IBM in Toledo, Ohio. I spent 35 years with one company and had the opportunity to learn many things. One of the goals I have for the next chapter in life is to help people. Watching my mother pass away in 2012 and seeing my father progress through old age, I've learned first-hand the challenges facing families during these difficult transitions. I'm also reminded of the responsibilities we have as a society to honor and provide for our seniors. Oasis is a perfect fit for me. I want to be a great husband, father, and grandfather. This opportunity allows me to help meet a tremendous need that is currently lacking in our community, that of maintaining the dignity and quality of life that our seniors deserve.
